Under "Order Comments", please include a 3-digit number for your Tribe, as well as a name for the Tribe (think of it as a team and the town or city they play for), and the name (or names) of the "Charter" Members. (Charter Members are the members who are listed at the time the tribe is created, or "chartered")
Free tribe-registration and unlimited free members do not include the embroidered numbers and such, but will allow you to reserve the (available) tribe number and participate as a group by creating your gallery... posting your exploits,,, and joining in the fun like table-decoration at the convention.
